1. Onsite technical Support - S-Cube ERP - IT/TS/7
Total position: 4
Required Experience: Minimum 1 Years
- BCA/BCS/MCS/MCA/BSC-IT/BSC-COMP/Bcom
- Will be responsible for onsite Support calls and product training for S-Cube ERP
- Will need to travel and stay at client locations as and when required
- Good communication in Marathi and English MUST
- Should be able to understand and answer with practical solutions
- Will be trained for products
- Need to communicate with the headquarters for the escalated tickets.
- Should be able to troubleshoot Hardware issues
- Should be able to troubleshoot Network issues
- Can work in a Team advantage if he can lead a team

2. Technical Support (Voice) - S-Cube ERP - IT/TS/8
Total position: 4
Required Experiece : Minimum 1 Years
- BCA/BCS/MCS/MCA/BSC-IT/BSC-COMP/Bcom
- Support call attendance
- Support call tracking and monitoring
- Good communication in Marathi and English MUST
- Should be able to understand and answer with practical solutions
- Should have exposure to knowledge sharing applications and WiKis
